Brilliant service. I pre-ordered a lens that is heavily in demand and has supply issues globally (Nikon can’t produce enough to sell!). Grays kept me up to speed with the estimated time of arrival - email exchanges were just as expected - excellent and prompt and the best part is my lens arrived when they said it would! I couldn't wait for delivery so decided to pick it up in person at their shop, which wasn't too far from me. In the shop, all the staff were warm and welcoming. They have lots of gear in cabinets on display which looks really cool - the shop was pristine and generally very pleasant! I received a fantastic service through both email and in person, and I would highly recommend them - please visit in person for shop experience if you can or at least a Nikon outing. I’ll be back for sure to order more stuff when I need it 😊

TOP!!!! If you looking for something about Nikon...No doubts.. go there! Is smal shop in the plinco area but very organised. They have camera, lens, accessories for nikon ( just 4 Nikon )and the ground floor is totally full of lens from 2 hand with really interesting price, off course you can try all items and they give you 14days for trial in case you not satisfied you can have money back or choice something else and 1year warranty!! What else would like? I found 2 really professional and kindness guys Tom and Konstantin that spend time with me , left try the lens that I wanted try and answer to all my questions. Very recommended.

If you are a Nikon owner this is the place to come. Great selection of gear both new and second hand. The service is great and this place is more than just a shop with lots of events organised and do on, is a community. The only negative is the opening hours but they do deliveries wherever you are. Love this place. Update: went in today and the guys were really accommodating. Thanks for all your help.

I went to have a look for a F3 to get as a present to my dad. The shop it's like a boutique and you feel a bit underdressed when you walk in but they are really nice and not pushy. The man who served me took the time to show me the different options there were in my price reach and answered all my questions about the camera. Since I have to ship the camera to Italy he bubble-wrapped it for me. I walked in to have a look and happily walked out with a fabulous F3 and a 50mm f1.8 with 1 year warranty. Great service, nice shop.

Very happy with my FE2, all I hoped it would be after a lot of research into Nikon film cameras. Great service and a very reasonable price. Looking to purchase another FE2 body from Grays soon.

Had been meaning to find this place for a while. Wow what a great place for Nikon user's. I was greeted on entry, and saw the full Z range (still deciding which model too update from my FE). Then I was helped by another friendly assistant for a visit to their extensive second hand selection in the basement. It is like the "History of Nikon and Nikkor" in there with past and present camera bodies and lenses on display. I would definitely recommend a visit if you're in the Nikon ecosystem.

As a Nikon shooter I was very happy to visit this iconic and tradition store on London. From the latest lenses to the old film cameras they have a variety of items that impresses all kinds of photographers. I was able to find a used Telephoto lens for a very fair price and could have bought a few others if I had a higher budget. If you are a Nikon photographer and happen to be in London don't miss the opportunity to visit this wonderful store.

I have bought online and have visited the store itself a couple of times, including yesterday to pick a couple of lenses. It is like going backwards in time whilst visiting an Aladdin's cave of Nikon equipment. It feels so cosy and gentle it is like visiting a friendly uncle. The customer service is just superb and the products are too. I have bought both new and second-hand equipment from them and have complete confidence in them, plus, I also subscribe to the magazine they produce. I could go and shop locally but it would not be the same.
